Bridge (12oz)
Medium Roast. Meet your tried and true morning cup of coffee. This is a mellow, smooth and balanced blend with a hint of stone fruit at the end.
This blend personifies our mission at Bridging Tables and is providing first-ever direct trade opportunities for farmers of the Agalta region in Honduras. These coffees are hidden gems – the fruit of hard work, perseverance and the proof that world-class, specialty coffee can come out of the region. We couldn’t believe more in the men and women behind this coffee. They have become friends over the last few years and we can’t wait to continue to journey with them for years to come.
Suyapa (12oz)
Dark Roast. If you love a full-bodied coffee this is the one for you. It’s carried through with notes of cocoa, molasses and the slightest bit of melon.
Similar to Bridge, this coffee comes from the Agalta region and is the impetus for why we are here. The farmers that share their harvest in this blend have become friends. Their stewardship and focus on continuous improvement has been inspiring.
Los Horcones (12oz)
Light Roast. If you are mostly into pour overs, or if you have a more sophisticated coffee palette this Microlot is right up your alley. This washed coffee is an amazingly clean cup with subtle hints of cocoa, raspberry & citrus.
Resting at one of the highest altitudes in Honduras, Finca Los Horcones is cultivated by Ivan Meza and his two brothers. Access to the farm is limited and the brothers bring their crop down two hours by donkey to the nearest drying facility. Until working with our friends, La Familia Banega, they had not had the opportunity to sell their coffee directly.
La Concepción (12oz)
Light Roast. Naturally processed coffees can really bring out the qualities of a coffee and land in a unique way. This natural is no exception. Tasting a bit like berry pie, If you’re wanting to elevate your coffee exposure or are already well-versed in pour-overs, this is a great coffee for you.
This single origin microlot comes from the hands of Manuel Pereira. Manuel grew up watching his father grow coffee and developed the desire to follow in his footsteps. Along with his wife, Linda, they opened Finca La Concepcion in Marcala, Honduras as a family operation. Since 2015 he has been experimenting and gaining expertise in honey and natural processing methods. His passion, creative spirit and focus on continuous improvement are evident in this exceptional coffee.
